Did you know?
Preview your campaign or template in different screen sizes and orientations to ensure they look great on every device in landscape or portrait mode.
The pixel (px) number next to the devices is a reference number, so you know how wide the device is that Tarvent displays your content in.
If your template or campaign is HTML-based, you can view an auto-generated version of the text version. The same is true when you create a text-only version.
When your template has variables used with transactional email, you can click the sidebar to control the values of the variables. Tarvent uses these values to render the preview to provide the most realistic version of your content based on data merge and logic.
If you're previewing a campaign email, you can select a contact or add your custom profile values to render the preview in a real-world scenario.
When sending a test version of your content via email, it may be helpful to prepend the subject line with "TEST" so you never question if the email you received was a test email or production.
Like preview, you have several options to control the merge data and logic in your content to ensure you're testing with real-world data to see exactly how your email will render in your test email clients like Outlook or Gmail.com.

Can I print out the preview?
Yes. Click the PDF icon in the top toolbar to download or print a version of your content.
Does the preview calculate logic and merge data?
Yes. Tarvent will use a custom profile, template variable data, or selected content to render merged data and perform logic evaluations to generate the most realistic view of your content.
How many times can I send tests?
It's unlimited. We want you to test your content. Therefore, there are no limits to how many tests you send.
How do I send a test to multiple recipients?
Yes. You can add up to 30 email addresses manually, or you can select a group or segment that contains no more than 30 people. Please note that you cannot use the contact's profile from the selected group or segment to personalize the email. This feature is coming soon.
