FAQs
How can I export my campaign report?
In the top right corner of the report, there is an export icon. You can select the specific events you want, such as opens and clicks or everything. Download the export from the notification email you receive or via the in-app notification. If you want the report itself and not the log data, you can print the report to a PDF or printer.
How can I see who received the campaign?
Click the "info" icon to the left of the report to see various information about the configuration of your campaign, including the audience, groups, and segments your campaign was sent to.
Why are my opens so high?
While this might not always be the case, open statistics may be inaccurate due to various email client security or privacy settings on iOS devices. Tarvent suggests using click, reply, and complaint events to evaluate engagement. The engagement algorithm takes this into account as well.
Can I compare campaigns to one another?
Yes. There is a "compare" icon at the top of the report that will allow you to compare. Additionally, you can navigate to the "Campaign Comparison Report" within Tarvent reports.
