Can I upgrade my trial account to an AppSumo plan?
No. If you already have a trial account in Tarvent, then when you activate your AppSumo deal, you will need to create a new account. If this is a big deal, please contact us and we can help.
What if I need more than 75,000 contacts?
If you max out the highest tier of the AppSumo deals, you would need to switch over to a normal Tarvent subscription. Please contact our support team if this is something you need.
Can I upgrade or downgrade my AppSumo tier?
Yes. To upgrade or downgrade, please go into AppSumo and upgrade it there.
Does this AppSumo deal expire?
Nope. It's a lifetime deal!
