1 Concepts

Subdomain purpose
Tarvent allows you to update the subdomains for hosted forms, landing page, surveys, and for tracked links. This allows you to make sure your branding stays consistent.

Note: The deault subdomain is your account ID. If you don't update your subdomains, they will look like this 1234567891011.tvpage.io.

2 How to update your subdomains

Here are the steps:

1. Go to the domains page in your account settings. Account > Domains.
2. Find the "Customize your URLs" section
3. Enter the submdomains for "Forms, landing pages, and surveys alias" and for "Tracking alias"
4. Click save
