1 What is it?

The Tarvent Affiliate Program allows you to be an advocate for Tarvent’s marketing automation platform (the "Services") and make a commission on each new paying account that enrolls for the Services through you.

2 What do I do as an affiliate?

We will provide you with a unique referral link after signing up as a Tarvent affiliate. Whenever you tell a potential new subscriber about Tarvent and how we can help improve their marketing automation, just use that link, and we will take care of the rest. You can provide the link through several ways, including through your own promotional website, e-mail campaigns, social media posts, blogs, videos, and even text messages, so long as you comply with applicable laws and our policies when doing so. When a new customer subscribes to Tarvent through your referral link and continues their subscription through a "pending" period, you'll receive a commission on their monthly payments as an Tarvent subscriber.

3 What does Tarvent expect from its affiliates?

We expect affiliates to act as advocates and ambassadors of the Tarvent brand. This includes having an understanding and knowledge of how our Services work. Affiliates must follow the brand usage guidelines which includes proper use of "Tarvent" and appropriate display of brand logos. Customer service is one of our top priorities. With that in mind, there are several rules that each affiliate must follow as explained in the legal terms below.

4 What does Tarvent do to help affiliates be successful?

During your journey as an Tarvent affiliate, we will send you updates of the latest improvements to our Services as well as information about updates to the Services to help potential subscribers choose our Service. As your performance as an affiliate develops, Tarvent will provide additional materials and incentives to help you continue to grow. Tarvent will provide a commission to affiliates depending on tiers determined by the monthly recurring revenue ("MRR") of currently active accounts they have referred at the time of billing. As your MRR increases from active accounts, so does the commission you receive from each billing. We may revise or change our pricing and commission structure at any time in our discretion. If you fall into two different tiers, you will receive whichever tier offers a higher commission.

• Starter: All affiliates start here
• Builder: $500 in active referred MRR for the last three months
• Powerhouse: $1,500 in active referred MRR for the last three months

5 What are the next steps?

There are a few required steps to be complete before you can start making commissions on the new subscribers you bring in. First, you must:

• Complete your affiliate application in the Tarvent web-based application.
• File tax information documents provided at sign-up.
• Agree to be bound by the following legal terms that govern the program.
