9 FAQs

What is data authority?
Data authority defines which platform’s data takes priority. If there’s a conflict, values from the authority platform will be used.
Which fields are required to map?
Any field marked as required in either system must be mapped. Required Less Annoying CRM fields must map to required Tarvent fields.
Why is data authority disabled for a field?
If authority is locked, it means the field is required in Tarvent but not in Less Annoying CRM. In this case, Tarvent must be the authority.
Why didn’t all my contacts sync?
Contacts without an email address in Less Annoying CRM will not sync. For large lists, the sync may still be processing.
Why are some fields not updating?
Updates depend on data authority. If authority is set to Less Annoying CRM, changes in Tarvent won’t overwrite those fields, and vice versa.
How often does it sync?
Individual contact updates sync in real-time. You can also run a manual sync at any time in your integration settings.
Can deleted contacts be synced?
Deleted contacts are not removed across systems. If a contact is deleted in one system, it remains in the other but is no longer linked. To fully remove, delete it from both platforms.
