Lowercase

Merges a value entirely in lower case. Beyond tidying up text, it is the usual way to make a comparison behave predictably: lower case the field first, then compare it against a lower case value.

Parameters

Data	Text	Required	The value to change.
Culture	Text	Optional	The culture used to decide how letters change case, such as tr-TR. Your account's default is used when you leave it out.

Tip: Some comparison helpers ignore capitalization and some do not. Where you need a comparison to behave the same way every time, pass the field through this first.
