Getting support

While we strive to make Tarvent as intuitive as possible, our version of Intuitive may differ from everyone else's, leading to questions. We understand, and make it easy to contact us when you need answers.

1 In-app support

To access chat support, click the help icon in the top navigation bar. That will open a menu where you will select Support. A chat beacon will appear where you can access help documentation or chat with a support agent. We try to be available 24/7, but unfortunately, we're human and need a little sleep. We don't sleep much, so you won't have to wait too long for an answer.

2 In-app help pages

Some pages within Tarvent have built-in help. If help is available, a blue dot is displayed next to the help icon in the top navigation bar. Click the help icon and select "Page help" from the menu.

Please note that page help is in addition to our help site. The purpose of page help is to give you enough information about the page so that you can be productive immediately.

3 Support contact information

To contact Tarvent support directly, email support@tarvent.com or call us at 720.504.5225. Just be aware that we do serious work with a huge smile, so be prepared for at least a joke or two while we assist. We will not promise they are good jokes, but we try.
