Deleting a campaign
Learn how to delete a campaign in Tarvent. You can delete campaigns from the campaign list page or directly from the campaign editor. If a campaign has already been sent, it can’t be deleted, but it can be archived.

1 Before you delete
Deleting a campaign is permanent. Once deleted, a campaign cannot be undeleted.
If the campaign was previously sent, the campaign itself can’t be deleted. Instead, you can archive it to remove it from your active list.
Good to know: Even after deleting a campaign, campaign links from emails that were already sent will still work.
2 Delete a campaign from the campaign list
- Click Campaigns from the primary navigation on the left.
- Find the campaign you’d like to delete.
- Click the three dots at the far right of the campaign row.
- Select Delete from the menu options.
- Confirm the deletion by clicking the Delete button in the Delete campaign dialog.
3 Delete a campaign from the campaign editor
- Click Campaigns from the primary navigation on the left.
- Find the campaign you’d like to delete.
- Click the campaign to open the campaign editor.
- Click the trash can icon at the top right of the page.
- Confirm the deletion by clicking the Delete button in the Delete campaign dialog.
4 Archive sent campaigns
If a campaign has been sent, it can’t be deleted. Instead, archive it from the campaign list page:
- Click Campaigns from the primary navigation on the left.
- Find the campaign you’d like to archive.
- Click the three dots at the far right of the campaign row.
- Select Archive.
Archived campaigns are still accessible. To view them, filter your campaign list by status and select Archived.
5 Unarchive a campaign
To unarchive a campaign:
- Go to your campaign list and filter by status to view Archived campaigns.
- Click the three dots next to the campaign.
- Select Unarchive.
