The Start a journey step starts another journey for the contact when the contact reaches this step.

2 How to configure this step
Here are the steps:
- Open the journey, and add or click the Start a journey step.
- In Settings, select the journey that should start for the contact.
- Review Apply to which contacts if only some contacts should start the second journey.
- Click Save, and test both journeys together.
Warning: Review the target journey’s entry and run settings to avoid unexpected overlap or repeat runs.
