The Contacts report shows contacts that entered the journey during the selected date range.
Current step
The report shows the contact's current step, which is useful for spotting where contacts are waiting or getting delayed.
Multiple entries
If the journey allows multiple runs, the same contact can appear more than once - one row for each time the contact entered the journey.
2 How to use the Contacts report
- Open the journey and go to Reports.
- Select the Contacts tab.
- Set the Date range in the top right.
- Use the search box to find a contact by email address.

The contact is currently in the journey and has not completed or exited.
Completed
The contact reached the last step and completed the journey.
Exited
The contact left before completion, such as through a smart stop, an Exit a journey step, or manual removal.
Current step details
The Current step column shows where the contact is now. For wait steps, the step name makes it easy to see where the contact is paused.
