Did you know?
Give your export a name that can easily distinguish the export from other exports. Tarvent's default name uses the date and time to identify each export job uniquely.
Exports typically include sensitive, personally identifiable information (PII). Only download the needed data and store it safely to avoid security risks.
Check your user preferences to ensure you get export notices, if desired, for all account data exports.

How can I download an export securely?
Once notified that your export is ready via email or in-app notifications, click the link to download the data. You must be logged in to Tarvent to download the data securely.
Do I need to change my preferences to get notified?
No. You only need export notification preferences turned on to receive notifications when other account users export data. You will always receive notifications for your exports.
How long should I wait for an export?
The time it takes to complete an export depends on the amount of exported data. There may also be delays if the system is busy. If an export seems stuck, please try exporting again. If you continue to run into issues, contact support.
