Walkthrough
Did you know?
Store content blocks and files such as images, PDFs, and more within your library using tags and folders to organize your digital assets.
Multiple image files can be uploaded quickly by first zipping them. During the import process, Tarvent will then extract the individual files.
Toggle between your folder view and standard list view using the folder icon at the top of your library.
You can import images and other files within the template and campaign editors, not just through the library.
Use content blocks to create and store standard chunks of content, such as an email footer, for various campaigns. Content blocks help standardize the look and content of various common aspects of your campaigns and templates.
FAQs
Can I move and or copy files to different folders?
Yes. You can move any library assets between different folders.
Can I implement folders later?
Yes. By default, library assets are stored in the root folder. In the folder view, you can add new folders and move existing assets to the newly added folders.
Can I delete folders?
Yes. However, the folder must be empty before deleting it.
Can I update an existing image with a new version?
Yes. You can elect to overwrite an existing image that has the same name.
Will previously sent campaigns display my new image if I overwrite the old image?
Yes. If you overwrite the image, previously sent campaigns will render the new image. We suggest that the new image has the exact dimensions (width and height) as the older image, or at least the same aspect ratio, so the display of the image is not affected.
