Trials and upgrading to a paid plan
Tarvent starts you with a free trial so you can build campaigns, import contacts, and see how everything works before you pay. This guide explains what the trial includes, what happens when it ends, and how to move to a paid plan without losing any of your work.
In this guide, you'll find:
- What the trial includes
- What you can do during the trial
- What happens when the trial ends
- Moving to a paid plan
- FAQs
1 What the trial includes
Your trial runs for 14 days and supports up to 500 contacts. No credit card is required to start, so you can explore Tarvent right away.
Note: A trial is not the same as a temporary sending limit. New accounts are never placed on sending limits. If you see a message about a verification period, that's normal onboarding for new senders, not a penalty.
2 What you can do during the trial
The trial is a real, working account. You can build and send campaigns, set up journeys, create forms and landing pages, import contacts up to the trial limit, and connect integrations. Everything you create carries over when you upgrade.
3 What happens when the trial ends
When your 14 days are up, you choose a paid plan to keep sending. Upgrading is quick, and nothing you've built is lost in the process. Your contacts, campaigns, journeys, and settings all remain in place.
4 Moving to a paid plan
To upgrade:
- Choose the plan and billing frequency that fit your needs. See Understanding your plan.
- Add a card. See Managing your payment method.
- Confirm. Your paid plan starts immediately and your new limits apply.
From there, billing follows the normal cycle. See How billing and invoices work.
